Refund Policy :

  • Generally, check in would happen on the date & time of actual check in with a grace period of 15 minutes from the time of actual check-in.
  • Online booking of our services is complete only when the payments for the services, excluding applicable tax are paid as advance.
  •  Every booking through our website can be cancelled any time prior to the date and time of check in through the same portal and could not be cancelled through any other mode, even personally.                                                                   

All such cancellation are governed by the following conditions  

  • No refund and no transfer for no show customers.
  • Nigo Rooms offers a refund (After Deducting the transaction Fees charged by Payment Gateway Partner and processing fees) of the payment for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to check-in time and if a booking is canceled within 72 hours of the booking date/ Check-in time then there will be no refunds.             
  • The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.                                                
  • The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-10 working days. However, it may take an additional 3-14 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time taken by your bank.                  
  • No refund will be approved if the cancellation is done by us on account of you breaching any of our terms & conditions or that the booking has been made illegally or unlawfully.

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered.
